SENIOR CLIENT ADVISOR / LUXURY BRAND / Milan (Montenapoleone)

Overview

On behalf of our esteemed Customer, Luxury Brand, we are recruiting for the following profile to join their team in Milan (Montenapoleone).

Duties and Responsibilities

• Guarantee operative functioning of the store
• Approach customers and offer them advice on products to persuade them to buy
• Ensure coordination and connection with external suppliers for constant store maintenance
• Be an ambassador of the brand
• Ensure customers' needs and resolve all customer issues
• Maintain high energy on the sales floor
• Ensure a good work environment
• Able to work with multiple customers simultaneously
• Assist all sales team members
• Control of checkout and bank transfers
• Stock activities
• Ensure the correct management of the merchandise

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in retail luxury RTW
• Fluent Italian and English is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professionalism and outgoing personality with positive, smart and proactive attitude
• Customer oriented
• Multi – tasking abilities
