We are seeking a Software Requirements Engineer to support our aerospace projects in Milan.

About The Role

You will be responsible for defining and maintaining software requirements in collaboration with system designers and software developers. Working with IBM DOORS, you will translate equipment specifications into clear and testable requirements that will guide implementation and validation on the target hardware.

What You Will Do

• Work alongside developers to capture and structure software requirements.
• Draft requirements with a strong focus on testability and verification.
• Manage requirement traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to test activities, including integration and unit testing.
• Ensure alignment between system specifications, software design, and testing.

What We’re Looking For

• University degree in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of professional experience in the role.
• Experience with requirements management tools (IBM DOORS).
• Familiarity with software testing (integration and unit testing).
• Background in aerospace or other safety-critical industries is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset and collaborative working style.
• Good command of English and Italian
