S&You, a renowned international brand specializing in Professional Staffing and the selection of qualified personnel, is seeking for an important client operating in the banking and financial sector a / a :

Our client is a structured and innovative entity active in the banking sector with a strong focus on digitalization of processes. As part of strengthening the IT team, we are looking for a professional to join the Incident Response Team, playing a strategic role in managing IT incidents and continuously improving the reliability of digital services.

Main responsibilities

  • Coordinate the management of IT incidents, minimizing impact on business operations.
  • Lead operational activities during critical situations, including opening and conducting war rooms.
  • Prioritize incidents based on urgency and business impact.
  • Activate and manage the Incident Management process for IT service reports.
  • Ensure the initiation of Problem Management for root cause analysis.
  • Perform post-incident follow-up activities, defining and implementing remediation plans.
  • Implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence of incidents.
  • Supervise infrastructural troubleshooting, including using APM tools, to identify technical anomalies and bugs.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ITIL, Incident, and Problem Management.
  • Strong technical background in infrastructure, middleware, and operating systems (Linux / Windows).
  • Knowledge of network architectures, networking principles, and IT security.
  • Familiarity with market technologies (e.g., Oracle Exadata) and Cloud Native solutions (Azure, OCI).
  • Cybersecurity experience is a plus.
  • Availability to cover on-call shifts.
  • Basic software development skills.
