Position
Join our team as “Application Manager HVAC” from our headquarters' offices in Padova, IT. and remotely from home. We consider a great mix working remotely from home and meeting colleagues in the offices.

S/he hierarchically reports to theRegional Solution Marketing Manager HVAC – EEMEA Region.
The team is dedicated to supporting the market needs and identifying, defining,launchingandpromoting solutions to cope with customers’ needs.
MAIN GOAL
For our Regional Solution Marketing department we are looking for an Application Managerfor the HVAC vertical.
Within the role, s/he:
·Master a deepknowledgeof thecompetitive landscape,technological market trends and regulations framework
·Listening tocustomer voiceanalyzingcustomer feedbackto improve the product offer
·Evaluate the developmentof new solutionsexploring Regional customer requirements, defining value proposition, building Business Plans, orchestrating price positioning, launch activities and promotion
·Collaborate with Marketing Communication department definingcommunication plans, launchpromotions,commercial materials,marketingcampaigns, events andexhibitions
·Evaluating and executingpromotional initiativeswith Central Marketing
·Presenting the products portfolio to the Sales Force, with dedicated events,trainingsorsupporting customer visits
·Support actively the Sales Force in the Region to guarantee the deployment of the Sales Strategy locally.
