Head of Finance – Western Europe Corporate Risk & Broking and Europe Geography (m / f / d)

At WTW, our Finance function plays a pivotal role in supporting a diverse range of stakeholders—from internal teams and client organizations to shareholders, financial institutions, and regulators. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Finance to lead financial operations for Western Europe Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) and support the Europe Geography. This role is primarily focused on our Corporate Risk & Broking business in Western Europe (90%) with a broader remit across the European region (10%).

As a key member of the Global Finance Leadership Team, you will provide critical financial, analytical, and strategic guidance to senior business leaders, driving performance and growth across the region.

We are currently seeking a Head of Finance – Western Europe Corporate Risk & Broking and Europe Geography (m / f / d) to join our team in one of our European offices.

The Role

Serve as a strategic finance partner to the Head of CRB Western Europe and the Head of Europe Geography.

Lead financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and month / quarter-end close processes.

Oversee full P&L management, revenue recognition, and performance reporting across multiple countries and specialty lines.

Manage and develop a high-performing Finance team across various European locations.

Collaborate with business and finance leadership to identify growth opportunities, address performance challenges, and shape long-term strategy.

Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence, integration planning, and value realization.

Drive operational excellence and contribute to the evolution of the Finance Operating Model across regions and business lines.

Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales Ops, HR) to deliver impactful monthly and quarterly business reviews.
