Overview

The selected candidate will act as a liaison between the ICT department and the Sales & Marketing business functions, ensuring effective alignment between business needs and technological solutions. The role involves gathering requirements, leading functional and technical analysis, project planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Interface with various business areas to collect and analyze user requirements
  • Coordinate the functional and technical analysis of Change Requests
  • Manage the planning of enhancements and projects within the Sales & Marketing domain
  • Supervise AMS (Application Management Services) related to the Sales & Marketing application landscape
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities to optimize business processes and system performance

Requirements

  • Degree in a scientific or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, gained in a multinational and well-structured company or through consulting activities
  • Experience in the energy sector is considered a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) is appreciated
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding UX and UI needs
  • Excellent command of Italian and a good knowledge of English
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented mindset
