Job Description

The position will be based at our headquarters in Genoa (Italy) .

How you’ll live your ambition :

As a Financial Specialist, you'll become an integral part of our Costa Finance Team in Genoa. In collaboration with the Manager, you'll contribute to essential financial processes and engage with innovative finance projects.

• Your contribution will be valued : monitor the correctness of customer, agencies, and onboard data records, making a tangible impact on our operations.
• Get things right : enhance financial operations by identifying and assigning proper dunning actions, ensure coordination with business departments, and verify that temporary accounts match revenue in the period managed by the Credit Accountant.

What Makes You Unique :

• Passion for finance cultivated through studies and experience in the economic and finance field.
• Strong financial background with a desire to grow in accounting skills.
• Good understanding of AR / AP modules, bank applications, and GL interactions.
• Ability to monitor compliance with standard accounting processes and perform manual journal entries when needed.
• Skill in managing exceptions and data analysis, primarily using Excel.
• Fluent in English and embrace diversity as a global citizen.
• Passion for tourism & cruise segments.
• Continuous learner, motivated by feedback and growth opportunities.
