My work, our future

The commercial inspector for spare parts develops sales of spare parts and related products (tracks, oils, etc.) at dealerships marketing the brand, in accordance with the commercial policy defined by the division and marketing / sales department management. They keep product and customer information updated and ensure ongoing monitoring.

Il mio lavoro, il nostro futuro

L’ispettore commerciale per i ricambi sviluppa le vendite di pezzi di ricambio e prodotti derivati (cingoli, oli, ecc.) presso i concessionari che commercializzano il marchio, rispettando la politica commerciale definita dalla divisione e dal management del dipartimento marketing / vendite. Tiene aggiornate le informazioni sui prodotti e i clienti di cui assicura il monitoraggio.

Responsibilities

  • Commercial Management
  • Promote the entire range of spare parts (products for green areas, agricultural machinery, and public works)
  • Develop spare parts sales at dealerships in Italy
  • Visit dealerships in Italy / conduct meetings with store managers or executives
  • Prepare visit dossiers in collaboration with the manager in Italy
  • Update promotional offers
  • Provide advice on stock and purchasing management (defining customer needs)
  • Monitor pricing grids established by management
  • Develop pricing proposals
  • Communicate information for new product launches
  • Monitor competitors
  • Present offers to customers via the company intranet site
  • Market Management
  • Manage translations
  • Create promotional materials
  • Monitor customers
  • Handle complaints or disputes with relevant departments (sales administration and warehouse)
  • Control and monitor sales made by distributors
  • Provide suggestions to the marketing department to better understand customer needs

Education and Experience

  • Required degree: University diploma (Bac +3 or +4) in International Sales and Marketing.
  • Junior position.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Foreign languages: Italian, English (advantageous)
  • The role primarily requires excellent work organization, a high degree of autonomy, and a strong service-oriented sales mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with various internal and external contacts (Marketing, Sales Administration, Warehouses, Dealers, and Importers) will be among your key qualities.

Contract type: Fixed-term contract (CDD) for one year

Tenacity and dynamism will be fundamental elements for success in this role.
