This is an exciting opportunity within an international, fast‑growing private equity firm based in Rome. The firm manages approximately €7 billion and focuses on leveraged buyouts, sustainable growth, and long‑term value creation.

Base pay range

Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €80,000 – €100,000 (commensurate with experience)

Bonus: Performance‑based annual bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Lead market research and sector analysis to identify investment opportunities.
• Coordinate commercial due diligence processes with external advisors.
• Prepare investment memos and materials for the investment committee.
• Manage relationships with entrepreneurs, advisors, and industry stakeholders.
• Participate in board meetings of portfolio companies and contribute to defining strategic priorities.
• Support the implementation of growth and value‑creation initiatives.

Skill and Experience

• Fluency in English, German, and at least one other European language (preferably French, Spanish, or Italian).
• 2–4 years in strategic consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of due diligence processes and company valuation.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, result‑oriented approach, and ability to work independently.
• Availability for international travel.
