Sales & Project Interior Designer (Kitchen Showroom)

Role Overview

The Sales & Interior Designer plays a central role in welcoming clients and guiding them through a high‑end, tailor‑made kitchen design experience. Combining strong technical design capabilities with a consultative sales approach, this professional supports clients throughout the entire journey—from needs assessment and layout design to material selection, order management and post‑sales follow‑up.

This position requires a deep understanding of premium kitchen systems, functional design principles, appliances, and materials, ensuring that each project reflects Interni’s standards of excellence, craftsmanship and refined aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients into the kitchen showroom, ensuring a premium, design‑driven customer experience.
  • Identify clients’ lifestyle needs and translate them into customized kitchen solutions, offering expert guidance on layouts, ergonomics and functionality.
  • Develop detailed kitchen design proposals:
    • space planning
    • 2D technical drawings
    • cabinet and unit configurations
    • material, finish and color selections
    • appliance integration.
  • Present curated selections and explain product characteristics, features and technical specifications.
  • Manage the full project workflow, including:
    • measurements and site inspections
    • quotation and budget management
    • contract finalization
    • coordination with suppliers, logistics
  • follow‑up until project completion and after‑sales support.
  • Contribute to showroom maintenance and product display updates, ensuring an elegant and inspiring environment.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of kitchen systems, innovative materials, appliances and luxury market trends.

Skills & Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Proficiency with 2D / 3D kitchen design tools (Autocad,).
  • Strong understanding of kitchen technical components: cabinetry systems, appliances, worktops, lighting solutions and installation constraints.
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
