About the Role

Join a global logistics project supporting one of the world's most recognized delivery companies. You will relocate to Greece, complete onboarding and training, and after that work fully remote from anywhere in Greece.

What You Will Do

  • Support Italian customers via phone, email & chat
  • Provide shipment tracking, delivery updates & troubleshooting
  • Maintain service‑quality standards aligned with a global brand
  • Escalate issues & collaborate with internal teams
  • Handle every interaction with accuracy, speed & professionalism

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian (C1/C2)
  • Good English (B1/B2)
  • Ability to work remotely after onboarding
  • Strong communication & customer service skills
  • EU passport or valid Greek work permit

Salary & Benefits

  • Gross Salary: 1,100€ gross/month
  • Performance Bonus: up to 15% (KPI & productivity based)
  • Salary Increase: after 36 months 1,150€ gross/month

Relocation Package (EU candidates)

  • 2 weeks hotel accommodation
  • Flight ticket (EU)
  • Airport pick‑up
  • Real estate agency fee covered

Work Model: Relocate First, Remote After

  • Relocation to Greece for training & onboarding
  • After that, 100% remote (WAHA) from anywhere in Greece
  • Full‑time, long‑term contract

Schedule

  • Monday‑Friday
  • Rotational shifts 08:00/21:00
  • Weekends off
