Opportunity and responsibilities

1. Work with leading international insurance players to combine technical skills, consulting abilities, and industry knowledge to help solve their most complex problems. You will be involved in technology-enabled transformation projects where insurers aim to strengthen performance by improving business and IT processes.
2. Manage digital transformation projects in the Insurance sector, ensuring deadlines, budget, and quality objectives are met.
3. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and their providers to define project requirements and develop detailed work plans.
4. Monitor and report project progress, identifying and resolving issues or risks.
5. Facilitate meetings and workshops with clients to gather feedback and ensure alignment on project objectives.
6. Contribute to project documentation, including progress reports and post-project analyses.

Skills and qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in STEM (math, computer science, engineering) or economics or law, preferably with a focus on technology paths (e.g., Digital/Security).
• Analytical mindset, flexibility, and teamwork.
• 1–2 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital transformation and Insurance contexts.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in Italian and English; German is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
• Strong Office package knowledge; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) and collaboration software.
