Job Description

DXC Technology is looking for an Applications Senior Business Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Define client expectations, manage requirements changes, and traceability using structured techniques for documentation, analysis, evaluation, and validation.
• Classify and prioritize requirements using Object‑Oriented techniques and UML models.
• Analyze complex situations where multiple factors must be considered.
• Lead and/or provide expertise to functional project teams, and participate in cross‑functional initiatives.
• Promote process improvement activities and train peers and clients.
• Combine industry expertise with knowledge of information technology to develop innovative business solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; experience preparing and delivering effective presentations.
• Mandatory fluency in Italian.

Nice to Have

• IIBA CBAP™ (or equivalent) certification.
• Technical degree or equivalent cultural level.

Location: Rome (remote work possibilities).
