About the Role
Adecco Italia S.p.A. seeks experienced metalworking operatives for a medium-sized manufacturing context. Candidates will be placed in the production workshop team.
Responsibilities
Production in metalworking sector with specific experience.
Operate with high manual dexterity and use workshop tools.
Requirements
Specific experience in metalworking production.
Excellent manual skills and use of workshop tools.
Preferred: technical diploma (gradual).
Work Schedule
Two shifts: 6‑14 and 14‑22 from Monday to Friday.
Recruitment Process
Entry from January 2026 after a brief pre‑employment training period.
Contract
Temporary staffing contract for 1 month initial.
Location
Avigliana, Torino, Italy.
Experience
Operaio Generico Manifatturiero – 12 months.
Education
Diploma / Accademia.
Skills
Production – Generic production activities, good level; Production – Manual assembly, good level.
