FH55 Hotels is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Head Office team. This role is key to supporting the commercial strategy across our portfolio, with a strong focus on both the corporate and leisure segments.

Key activities :

  • Cultivating relationships with clients, travel agents, tour operators, to generate business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Carefully arrange the paper-works for FIT Contracts and Bar Agreements.
  • Sending the Corporate Clients RFP / Bids for individual travellers, according to the Corporate Revenue Manager Guidelines, in a timely manner; both via portals as well via direct agreements.
  • Understand Corporate Clients needs, preferences, and objectives to tailor offerings and provide personalized solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Arrange text, descriptions, pictures for marketing purposes and brochures.
  • Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and tailored to the specific requirements of each Workshop / Event.
  • Attend major trade shows, delivering follow-up, reports, and proactively looking for new business opportunities, if requested.
  • Carry out site inspections, show-rounds, Fam trips, as required.
  • Collaborate closely with Leisure Groups, Individual Reservation Department and Mice Department Team.
  • Constantly updating all the relevant information of the properties over the different Distribution Channels , websites, publications, both B2B and B2C
  • Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and adaptation.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through the properties.
  • Proactively cooperate with the Director of Sales to draft S&M Plan

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as Sales Executive in a City, Leisure oriented hotel (or in Reservation Department or Front Office);
  • Good user of : Protel, Blastness, Ota
  • Preferred : Degree in Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Preferred : Corporate RFP systems
  • Good knowledge of Statistics tools , Excel , Pivot, Powerpoint;
  • Proficiency in presenting and writing in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.
