Job Description Summary

Junior R&D Testing Engineer, as part of an accredited HV lab, will be involved in the preparation and execution of type tests, issuing type test reports, and preparing technical dossiers.

As a Junior R&D Testing Engineer, you will coordinate with R&D engineers, support product sizing and development, and assist in new homologations according to internal standards and customer specifications. You will also support R&D digital leaders in validating and developing new digital solutions.

In Details You Will Be Involved In

• Execution of internal accredited type tests
• Following safety rules, with focus on LOTO and TSV
• Type test execution and witnessing (mainly in internal labs but also external labs if needed)
• Issuing test instructions and procedures
• Supporting resolution of non-conformities
• Issuing technical documents and type test dossiers for internal or external use
• Supporting digital project leaders in digital activities development and validation

Person Specification

Educational Requirements

Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or similar.

Experience And Knowledge

New graduate or with few years of experience in testing, engineering, or R&D.

• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Good knowledge of English
• 2D and 3D CAD software (optional)
• Matlab or similar (optional)
• Basic FEM analysis (optional)
