The Contribution You’ll Bring To This Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s brand and products, actively contributing to business objectives and growth. This role reports to the Dir, Managing Director, and offers opportunities for advancement within 3–5 years based on performance.

About The Team

Joining our Marketing team means working in a fast-paced, creative environment focused on brand voice, audience engagement, and demand generation across channels. You’ll collaborate with professionals who stay ahead of industry trends to deliver impactful campaigns across digital, content, and brand management.

What You’ll Do At Justrite

You will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s brand and products, contributing to business objectives and growth.

Strategy and Campaigns

• Develop and implement multichannel campaigns (online and offline) aligned with the company’s positioning
• Monitor campaign performance and propose corrective actions based on data
• Coordinate with sales and marketing to define strategies for Italian and international markets (e.g., Justrite Italy)

Analysis and Research

• Analyze market, competitors, and trends to identify growth opportunities
• Monitor developments in Italian and international markets; conduct SWOT analyses and industry studies
• Support product and customer lifecycle strategies using the 7Ps and 4Cs models

Digital Communication

• Manage online channels, including websites, e-commerce, newsletters, and digital platforms
• Administer web content updates and ensure consistency and quality
• Strengthen brand identity and customer experience through targeted content

Content Creation

• Create multilingual content (texts, images, graphics, promotional materials)
• Support communication with distributors and partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging consistency and impact

Your Skills And Expertise

Minimum qualifications:

• Degree in Economics with a specialization in Marketing
• 3–5 years of marketing experience within manufacturing companies in the mechanical sector
• Excellent command of English and Italian, both written and spoken
• Proven experience in SEO, SEA, content marketing, email marketing, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization

Additional qualifications that could help:

• Experience with E-commerce, Google Ads, Google Analytics; basic HTML/CSS
• Graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience across social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
• Ability to manage content for websites, newsletters, e-commerce, and digital channels

Compensation

Salary is commensurate with experience. The role is eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company and business unit performance.

There is an annual evaluation system to support professional and financial growth based on results and objectives.
