Business Experience Manager

We are looking for a Business Experience Manager to act as the bridge between customers stakeholders and development teams. You will translate business needs into clear technical requirements support the Product Owner in prioritization and ensure alignment between agile practices and PMI-based methodologies.

What you will do

• Facilitate meetings with clients the PO and development teams to define and prioritize features.
• Support the PO in gathering business needs and shaping the backlog.
• Ensure quality and consistency of the Definition of Ready (DoR) and backlog refinement.
• Work in an agile environment while aligning with stakeholders following PMI methodologies.
• Produce clear documentation and reports to guarantee transparency and traceability.
• Collaborate with the development team on release notes versioning and product updates.

What were looking for

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering Computer Science Business Management).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial contexts with exposure to complex projects.
• Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with backlog management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps).
• Fluency in English.
• Proven ability to work in both agile and PMI contexts engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Location : Bologna twice a month hybrid position.
