Job Description:

Within the FE Central Quality Team, we are recruiting an experienced Engineer to drive the SiC FE suppliers quality involving FE fabs CTN & Singapore and all specific FE SiC suppliers (including substrates).

Main responsibilities include:

• Supporting materials and substrates qualification in FE SiC manufacturing plants.
• Measuring, improving, and sustaining quality performance of FE SiC suppliers.
• Participating in 8D resolution when supplier or material responsibility is confirmed and escalating issues related to supplier quality drift, providing support to manufacturing plants.
• Consolidating and analyzing supplier quality performance (complaints, change management, etc.).
• Defining QIP (Quality Improvement Process) with suppliers for continuous improvement.
• Contributing to the definition and implementation of Supplier Quality Audit Strategy in line with FE manufacturing and R&D needs.
• Analyzing root causes in SiC FE supplier quality systems to develop quality programs as needed.
• Promoting to external customers through presentations and benchmarking against competitors to introduce new ideas.

Interface with Supplier Quality Managers and teams in a multicultural context (Italy, France, Singapore). Working in cooperation with Corporate Quality organization as a key part of the global ST supplier quality team. Travel approximately once a month.
