Overview

Key Role : Warehouse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to support our operations team. This key role will involve managing warehouse operations, including goods reception, storage, and dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock accuracy, and traceability in line with ISO 13485 standards.
• Coordinate shipments, customs documentation, and logistics with suppliers and clients.
• Support production flows by ensuring materials and components are available on time.
• Maintain compliance with quality and safety procedures.

Suitable candidates will have experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain (medical device or manufacturing environment is a plus). Additionally, they should possess a team-oriented, proactive, and detail-driven mindset, as well as good communication skills in English.
