Merchandiser Performance Manager Activewear

Per azienda cliente, leader nel settore Sportwear con sede in Emilia Romagna, siamo attualmente alla ricerca di una figura di Merchandiser Performance Manager - Actvewear.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal product strategies that align with business goals, brand positioning, and market trends
• Define pricing and assortment plans to keep our collections competitive and profitable
• Collaborate across design, product, marketing, and sales to craft standout , on-brand product offerings
• Forecast demand and manage inventory across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale to ensure stock is always optimized
• Analyze sales data and market feedback to refine assortment , pricing, and promotional tactics continuously
• Partner with Key Accounts and sales teams— gathering insights, providing training, and delivering tailored solutions to maximize sales

Your Profile

Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti :

• 5 years ’ experience in Performance Activewear & Teamsports Apparel merchandising with international exposure .
• Strong knowledge of fashion and athletic trends, with the ability to anticipate future shifts.
• Excellent analytical , communication , and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast- paced , dynamic environment with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with merchandising software is a plus.
• Proven success in international markets, with a solid grasp of global consumer behavior and market dynamics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast- paced , dynamic environment .
• Availability to travel (up to 30% of the time).
