Scope and Purpose
To ensure operational scalability and support the current team:
- the person will be in charge of developing the flow franchise for Rates and FX products overseeing new markets (Emerging markets) and proactively managing commercial relationships.
- he/she will also help the team in reducing potential operational risks arising from day-to-day operations being as well involved in various support activities (system monitoring, timely bookings, trade settlements, regulations, legal aspects as Isda/Csa negotiation, reports and analysis).
Required Experience
3-5 years of experience in the role is required.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
- Experience in Global Markets, FICC business with focus on FX.
- knowledge in the Fixed Income markets, FX Derivatives and Rates derivatives.
- Capacity to analyse market environment, Relative Value trades, client portfolio dynamics, hedging strategies.
- ability to partner up with all the stake-holders in the process.
