ZimVie Italy srl, a part of the ZimVie group, leader in dental implantology and dentistry, is recruiting a Territory Manager for the Rome area.

Responsibilities

• Support in achieving the commercial objectives for the region/area.
• Achieve sales objectives in terms of profit and turnover, product volume, and mix.
• Monitor the local market in terms of trends, competitors, and customers.
• Consolidate and develop relationships and partnerships with customers, opinion leaders, and stakeholders through events, fairs, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Strengthen and enhance the company’s brand reputation locally.
• Continuously update superiors on results through weekly reports and statistics.
• Maintain constant relations with dentists, laboratory technicians, and dental clinic assistants.

Qualifications

We are looking for a customer‑oriented, results‑driven individual with initiative, reliability, effective interpersonal skills, resilience, discipline, and the ability to achieve both personal and company goals.

Key Attributes

• Flexibility and strong problem‑solving skills for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for presentations and training.
• Ability to contribute to a successful team spirit.
• Field experience (MUST!), preferably in the sale of technical and dental products.

Knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with managing professional social media profiles. Knowledge of English is a plus.

Specific academic background is not required; a willingness to learn and take on challenges is essential.

Residence within the service area is required.
