We are looking for a dedicated Front Office Agent for the Tenuta di Artimino Melia Collection.

Position Details:

• Seasonal job from March to October
• Staff housing available

Job Summary

Manage all activities related to the Front Office Department efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

1. Check-in and check-out guests professionally and promptly.
2. Process payments according to procedures.
3. Welcome guests warmly and provide information about hotel services and room locations.
4. Upsell rooms to maximize revenue.
5. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
6. Address guest requests and issues, escalating when necessary.
7. Respond to guest complaints appropriately and perform service recovery gestures.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:

• Availability to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a hotel or resort.
• Passion for hospitality and strong interpersonal skills.
