For a multinational e-commerce company, we are looking for a New Account Manager. Work location: Milan.

Randstad Talent Selection HOpportunities specializes in recruiting qualified professionals from protected categories Art. 1 and Art. 18 L68/99.

We offer: permanent contract, annual salary (RAL) according to experience, RAL 37/40K + PP.

Working hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility, 1 day of smart working.

Responsibilities

The New Account Manager's goal is to prospect and qualify high-potential merchants, supporting their launch on the company's marketplace by managing catalogues, pricing, and tools.

• Identify and approach companies via cold calling and emailing.
• Support the launch of new businesses and help third-party sellers grow their revenue.
• Educate sellers on platform benefits and tools (e.g., Seller Central).
• Collaborate on account management strategies to maximize sales across European marketplaces.
• Manage cross-functional projects to develop new tools and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level).
• At least 12 months of professional experience in Account Management, Product Marketing, or Management Consulting.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Belonging to protected categories Art. 1 L.68/99.
