About the Role

Position available at Villa Crespi, a Relais 5‑star luxury hotel and 3 Michelin‑star restaurant by Chef Cannavacciuolo, located in Orta San Giulio, Piedmont.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and raw materials required for the line.
  • Reduce waste, maintain order and cleanliness in work areas.
  • Assist the chef de partie, learning operational procedures and skills.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in tourism/hospitality.
  • Minimum one year experience in high‑end restaurant kitchen.
