The Technical Writer will investigate, analyze and compile the required technical data and other pertinent information to prepare clear and concise documentation to safely maintain, operate, and troubleshoot complex OEM capital equipment. Work directly with engineering, customers, technicians and other technology experts to maximize utilization of current web-based and multi-media resources while communicating in the most efficient manner possible. The product is effective technical communications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, customers, technicians and other technology experts to gather technical data and pertinent information.
• Prepare clear and concise documentation for safely maintaining, operating, and troubleshooting complex OEM capital equipment.
• Maximize the use of current web-based and multimedia resources to communicate efficiently.
