Position: Executive Assistant and Outsourcing Monitoring at Volkswagen Financial Services | Italy.

Job Description

The Local Outsourcing Officer is responsible for the definition and implementation of a suppliers monitoring framework, in accordance with the guidelines established by the relevant authorities, to ensure a proper management and control of outsourced activities.

The role involves working for VWL (own company) and on behalf of VWB GmbH, based on dedicated outsourcing agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring continuous and accurate suppliers monitoring.
  • Granting an overview of all critical and non‑critical outsourcing activities.
  • Ensuring all outsourcing activities are managed correctly and in compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Overseeing all outsourced services and managing communication between various business functions.
  • Providing a dedicated framework for inter‑company contracts and external suppliers.
  • Securing compliance with local supervisory requirements concerning outsourcing, if existing.
  • Supporting Country Managers in day‑by‑day activities, including preparing relevant and strategic presentations and drafting minutes.
  • Collecting information related to the activities of various departments for the Country Managers to plan and coordinate activities.
  • Managing the presidium of VWL Office, welcoming external visitors, coordinating teams’ presence, updating documentation and maintaining required records.
