Your role will involve delivering projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.**Responsibilities:**• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and objectives.• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring alignment with key milestones and deliverables.• Lead and manage project teams, including contractors, consultants, and vendors, to ensure successful project execution.• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely project completion.• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on project status and promptly resolving any issues that may arise.• Develop and track project budgets, reviewing and approving project expenses, invoices, and change orders to maintain cost control.• Establish quality standards and conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety guidelines.• Proactively identify and manage potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback throughout the project lifecycle.• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and strong collaborative relationships.**Travel Requirements:** The successful candidate must be available for travel within Italy for project management assignments lasting more than one day.**Qualifications:**• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or real estate industry.• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, best practices, and Italian building codes and regulations.• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written and spoken Italian and English.• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with focus on finding practical and efficient solutions.• Proficiency in project management software and tools.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------**Project Manager**Come Project Manager all'interno della nostra divisione Project & Development Services (P&DS), sarai responsabile della supervisione e gestione di molteplici progetti di costruzione e sviluppo in tutta Italia. Il tuo ruolo prevederà la consegna dei progetti nei tempi stabiliti, nel rispetto del budget e in conformità agli standard di qualità.**Responsabilità:**• Collaborare con clienti, architetti, ingegneri e altri stakeholder per definire obiettivi, ambito e finalità del progetto.• Sviluppare e mantenere cronogrammi dettagliati del progetto, assicurando l'allineamento con le tappe fondamentali e i deliverable.• Guidare e gestire team di progetto, inclusi appaltatori, consulenti e fornitori, per garantire una corretta esecuzione del progetto.• Monitorare l'avanzamento del progetto, identificare potenziali rischi e implementare strategie di mitigazione per assicurare il completamento tempestivo dei progetti.• Mantenere comunicazione regolare con i clienti, fornendo aggiornamenti sullo stato del progetto e risolvendo prontamente eventuali problemi.• Sviluppare e monitorare i budget di progetto, revisionando e approvando spese, fatture e ordini di variazione per mantenere il controllo dei costi.• Stabilire standard di qualità e condurre visite regolari in cantiere per assicurare l'aderenza alle specifiche del progetto e alle linee guida di sicurezza.• Identificare e gestire proattivamente potenziali rischi e problemi che potrebbero impattare la consegna del progetto.• Fungere da punto di contatto principale per i clienti, gestendo richieste, preoccupazioni e feedback durante tutto il ciclo di vita del progetto.• Collaborare efficacemente con stakeholder interni ed esterni per garantire comunicazione trasparente e solide relazioni collaborative.**Disponibilità a viaggiare:** La persona selezionata deve essere disponibile a viaggiare in Italia per missioni di project management della durata superiore a un giorno.**Qualifiche:**• Laurea in Architettura, Ingegneria, Construction Management o campo correlato. Laurea magistrale preferibile.• Comprovata esperienza come Project Manager nel settore delle costruzioni o immobiliare.• Solida conoscenza delle metodologie di project management, best practice e normative edilizie italiane.• Eccellenti capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo, con capacità di stabilire priorità efficacemente.• Eccezionali capacità comunicative e interpersonali, con padronanza scritta e orale dell'italiano e dell'inglese.• Forti capacità di problem-solving e decision-making, con focus sulla ricerca di soluzioni pratiche ed efficienti.• Competenza nell'uso di software e strumenti di project management.• Capacità di lavorare sia autonomamente che in team in un ambiente dinamico.**È richiesta la partita IVA**#LI-FT1**Location:**On-site –Milano, ITAIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
