Responsibilities

• Assess, structure, and underwrite W&I policies across a wide range of cross-border transactions.
• Work closely with brokers, advisors, and deal teams to support high-value international M&A activity.

Qualifications

• Experience as a W&I underwriter with an interest in taking on more strategic responsibility.

Compensation includes salary, bonus and equity components.
