What You Will Be Doing

• Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
• Ensuring all team members are motivated, treated fairly and consistently
• Planning and taking action to achieve service level targets
• Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
• Ensuring the team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant practices during the shift

What Do You Bring With You

• Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable
• Ability to manage own and team’s time effectively with attention to detail
• Energetic and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong customer focus
• Good communication skills
