We are looking for an experienced and strategic Talent & Development Manager to drive people development agenda within a complex and dynamic organization.

The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in leadership development, talent strategies and change management that engage both white-collar and blue-collar populations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the company’s Learning & Development strategy in alignment with organizational goals and transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and implement talent identification, succession planning, and career development frameworks for diverse employee groups.
  • Lead change management programs to support cultural evolution, leadership effectiveness, and workforce adaptability.
  • Design and deliver training programs tailored to both white-collar professionals and blue-collar employees, ensuring inclusivity and impact.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness through data-driven insights and continuous improvement practices.
  • Manage relationships with external learning providers and oversee training budgets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HR roles within complex industrial organizations
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Strong understanding of competency models, leadership development
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to operate effectively in multicultural and dynamic environments.
  • Fluency in English
