Full Stack Engineer

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer (Frontend-leaning) to help us build ReportAId, the platform that turns clinical data into patient relationships.

Who you are

• You are a passionate software engineer responsible for developing web applications using technologies such as TypeScript, React.js, and Python. Having previous experience with these technologies is great, but it's also okay if you don't have it.
• You are proficient in both Frontend and Backend development. Experience or interest in frontend engineering, including design systems, UI architecture, accessibility, and performance, is a plus.
• You are great at working together with a team of designers, software engineers, and project managers to challenge and comprehend product needs from a business perspective.
• You are comfortable engaging with clients to understand and translate their business needs into product requirements.
• You are proactive and autonomous and prefer working without constant supervision. We provide a stimulating and supportive atmosphere where you can always learn and grow.
• You are a fan of good UX, whether it's the product or for tools used by your colleagues. You always aim for perfection and find the right balance between design and implementation.
• You are keen to design secure systems as it is a deliberate and integral part of the entire software design and development process.
• You are curious and have a lot of interests and experiences you enjoy sharing with your co-workers.
• You speak Italian fluently and English proficiently.
