About This Opportunity
We are looking for a talented Cloud Native Software Designer to join our team in Pagani, Italy. As a member of our group, you will be responsible to develop and maintain products for Telecom functions. Your role will include all development activities such as requirement analysis, system & architecture design, software design, integration, verification, simulations, tools & automation design. You will also support Product Lifecycle Management and product documentation. As a Software Designer, you have a deep understanding of programming languages and the Cloud Native software development life cycle, as well as excellent analytical abilities and problem‑solving skills. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We are organized in cross‑functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing are part of the daily work.
What You Will Do
- Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling
- Develop and test high‑quality products
- Perform troubleshooting and customer support
- Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
- Develop competence in technical fields
The Skills You Bring
- Completed Master’s Degree in a technical domain or an equivalent qualification
- Cloud Computing/Cloud Native Development competence (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
- Product development and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
- Solid object‑oriented software development knowledge (e.g., Go, Java, Python, Bash, Scala)
- Design Patterns
- Ability to innovate, adapt and respond to change
- Deliver results and meet customer expectations
- Planning and organization skills
- CI/CD experience
