We are looking for a Business Analyst.

Your Mission:

• Participate and collaborate in the Business Transformation projects within the organization.

Your key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify business needs and objectives;
• Lead workshops for requirements gathering through User Stories involving the different business areas;
• Understand and analyse current business flows in order to design a TO BE through performing process mapping and gap analysis to cover gaps, identify areas of improvement and enhance user experience;
• Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation, including specifications, reports, ppts and user manuals;
• Participate in the development and execution of business transformation project’s testing, ensuring quality and performance;
• Collaborate with the Project Manager ensuring compliance with timelines and
• Participate in EU alignment meetings and stand up for the requirement in the Spanish business;
• Participate in end-to-end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication, training and change management.

Experience and skills:

• 3 years of previous experience as business analyst or consultant;
• Leadership and problem-solving skills;
• Strong presentation and communication skills;
• Ability to build consensus across multiple functional areas and to work independently, as well as cross-functionally within a matrix organization;
• Analytical skills: date and problem-solving oriented;
• Attention to detail to ensure the quality of implemented solutions;
• Work effectively in a team-oriented environment;
• Quick learning ability;
• Ability to organize/prioritize work in and around team deadlines and workloads and conflicting priorities;
• Previous experience in a consulting/auditing firm will be a plus.

Qualifications and knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or related areas;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite, with emphasis on Excel & PowerPoint;
• Salesforce, SAP knowledge is an advantage;
• Italian and English both writing and speaking fluent. Spanish is a plus.
