Digitalization Transformation Engineer – Siemens Energy

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the digitalization, automation, and IT projects for the Trento factory
- Help reduce manual time in the offices by implementing Analytic/Robotic Process Automation
- Cooperate with other teams and Siemens Energy factories on global digitalization projects and collaborate on a variety of topics:
- Desktop Apps Development UIX
- Analytic Process Automation / Robotic Process Automation
- Data collection, Data quality, Data monitoring
Qualifications
- Academic background in IT, computer science, or cybersecurity
- Software development skills and proficiency in object‑oriented programming languages such as C# and Python; basic knowledge of cybersecurity is sufficient
- Availability to travel 15% of the time
- Adaptable learner with enthusiasm for new challenges in an evolving IT landscape
- Data‑based thinking and some project management skills supporting digital transformation
- Proficient in English and Italian
