Named Account Executive - CPG Enterprise Accounts

Salesforce, the leading AI CRM, is looking for an executive who will engage CPG enterprise customers and drive adoption of the Salesforce Customer 360 platform. The role focuses on building trusted relationships with key decision makers and helping clients realize value from their Salesforce investments.

Our enterprise account executives develop opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting, and lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle with support from Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive satisfaction at assigned accounts within the CPG Enterprise Industry.
  • Develop and execute the overall long‑term strategy for the account, aligning with customer business objectives.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end sales process, engaging appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners.
  • Identify territory and research to formalize a go‑to‑market strategy, creating a qualified target account list within 30 days.
  • Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers.
  • Drive growth within each assigned account.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent experience. Evaluation is based on core competencies, including leadership, military, volunteer, or work experience.
  • 5 to 10 years of technology sales experience, preferably in Software or Business Applications, selling cross‑industry.
  • Strong sales forecasting and revenue achievement in the Italian market.
  • Proven track record of net new business sales.
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
  • Experience in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing new business.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sales methodology education.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Skill in developing cases and service requirements while crafting and leading strategic alliances.
  • Highly self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
