Chiesi Global Manufacturing Division

Chiesi Group has three production plants:
Parma (Italy) – strategic hub for production and distribution, including solid medicines, inhalation solutions, and sterile vials.
Blois‑La Chaussée Saint Victor plant (France) – center of excellence for Dry Powder Inhalers and Metered Dose Inhalers.
Santana de Parnaiba (Brazil) – specialized in pressurised solutions and suspensions for inhalation therapy.

In 2024, a new Biotech Centre of Excellence opened in Parma, dedicated to developing and producing monoclonal antibodies, enzymes, and other proteins. In 2025, a new investment in Nerviano (Italy) will add a facility for manufacturing carbon‑minimal inhalers, dry powder inhalers and sterile biological products.

Who we are looking for

Purpose

The Project Manager Facility is responsible for the development and enhancement of existing and new non‑industrial facilities at Chiesi. This role oversees the master plan and leads the development of new headquarters buildings, ensuring alignment with the company's growth strategy, sustainability goals and values.

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing various projects (PM) relating to the development of the non‑industrial buildings.
  • Oversees the master plan and leads the development of new headquarters buildings, ensuring alignment with the company's growth strategy, sustainability goals and values.
  • Supports the company in social utility projects (technical aspects).

Experience Required

At least 5 years’ experience in the role.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

Languages

Fluent English.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of the main regulations concerning building construction & safety.
  • Use of common computer tools (e.g. Office) and technical SW (e.g., CAD).
  • Knowledge of the main aspects of facility management.
