Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst to support our regulatory compliance framework.

• This role focuses on MiCAR implementation and AML / CFT requirements.
• The ideal candidate will have a legal background with experience in financial or crypto regulation.

About the Role:

The Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst will report directly to the MLRO and Compliance Officer.

• Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining our MiCAR compliance framework.
• The analyst will conduct regular risk assessments, identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the compliance team to develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Staying up-to-date with EU regulations is crucial, and the successful candidate will provide guidance on compliance matters.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, applicants must have a strong knowledge of MiCAR and related AML / CFT requirements.

• A proven track record in financial or crypto regulation is essential.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication and collaboration skills, are also required.
