MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER

Our client is a global and well known company in the premium All-Inclusive Resort sector, which for over 70 years has combined culture, sports, and relaxation in exceptional destinations worldwide.

About the Role

A Marketing Project Manager for the Italian market that will report directly to the Head of Marketing. You'll be responsible for:

• Increase qualified traffic on the website through an efficient and optimized integrated marketing plan, SEO optimization, content and CRM
• Increase brand visibility through partnerships, PR actions, events and press – in partnership with the Italian PR agency
• Create content and formats for B2C and B2B channels
• Lead and supervise the online campaigns with briefings, marketing objectives and follow-up of the KPIs
• Work in synergy with contact center in order to work on a consistent Omni Channel Customer Journey and Experience

Who Are We Looking For?

• University degree
• 6-8 years of experience in the marketing field
• Strong understanding of online marketing and e-commerce
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, familiarity with Chat GPT and other AI tools
• Italian and English working proficiency
