Responsibilities

• Organize and take charge of company‑wide events and team‑building activities (from brainstorming to research, logistics, and on‑site inspections).
• Propose initiatives to develop the company culture, including organizing events for Spooners and their families.
• Act as the point of reference for all types of requests, ensuring everything works smoothly for our on‑site and remote Spooners.
• Provide support to new Spooners with relocation and during their onboarding.

Qualifications

• Reasoning ability. Given the necessary knowledge, you can solve complex problems by thinking from first principles, structuring ideas sharply, resisting bias, and attending to the details that matter.
• Drive. You’re extremely ambitious, proactive, and responsible. You hold yourself to a high and rising bar.
• Team spirit. You give generously without expecting reciprocity, support the best ideas, are reliable, honest, and transparent, and are always happy to help your team.
• Proficiency in English. You read, write, and speak proficiently in English.

The selection process

If you pass our screening, we’ll ask you to take on a few tests designed to assess how you approach unfamiliar problems. They’re challenging and may take several hours to complete. If you’re successful, we’ll invite you to a series of interviews. We set a high bar and won’t extend an offer until we’re convinced we’ve found the right candidate. A job may stay open for months or be reposted several times.

Bending Spoons is a demanding environment. We’re extremely ambitious and hold ourselves—and one another—to a high standard. After that, you’re welcome to work from our offices in Milan or London, or from approved remote locations, depending on your offer.
