Senior Sales Manager
Position Overview
Concentrix Italy is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive sales and revenue growth within the general market, with a focus on the Energy sector, which will be a plus. The candidate should exhibit strategic leadership, innovative sales planning, and effective execution to meet business objectives, with experience in the BPO Sector
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets in the general market.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends to adjust strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
- Craft and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their specific requirements.
- Evaluate performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales management, preferably within the Energy sector.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and CRM software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 level).
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in sales management, in BPO
- Proven success in achieving and surpassing sales targets.
