Performance & Operations Program Manager

for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.

We offer an initial 12 month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company.

Responsabilità

• Lead initiatives related to OTD (On Time Delivery) and ODBL (Overdue Backlog) with the aim to improve Customer satisfaction in collaboration with Brilliant Parts, Finance, Regions and Supply Chain;
• Elaborate quarter end OTD & ODBL estimate driving corrective actions in case of variance;
• Create a comprehensive long term tracking model, lead rhythm with Regional teams for OTD&ODBL improvement, make Regions accountable by improving visibility;
• Drive simplification and improvement initiatives specific for the area / region, to achieve better operational performances and cost savings.

Qualifications / Requirements :

• Bachelor\'s degree required, major in Information Technology, Engineering or other related field preferred;
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with Materials management, Project Management and / or Project Implementations;
• Clear understanding of Materials processes and planning and control systems;
• Strong project management and consulting skills with the ability to influence work effectively and implement solutions in a cross-functional team environment;
• Strong analytical, communication and time management skills;
• Proficient skills in PC and Microsoft Office Win Project, ERP, Oracle applications;
• Organized, detail oriented and methodical;
• Fluent English.
