Location

Greece (Work from home anywhere in Greece: islands, or coastal towns)

EU passport holders / Greek residency card holders only

Are you passionate about helping people and interested in technology? We are looking for Customer Support Specialists fluent in Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese to join an international team. You'll provide guidance, troubleshooting, and support while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Your Role

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers
  • Provide step-by-step guidance through complex procedures
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to connectivity, systems, and devices
  • Process warranty claims, repairs, and product replacements
  • Recommend solutions and products tailored to customer needs
  • Log customer interactions in CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar
  • Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-first approach
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling queries efficiently and courteously

Your Profile

  • Native or near-native speaker of Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese (C1 minimum)
  • Strong English skills (B2 minimum)
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or similar experience
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Confident, adaptable, and empathetic with customers
  • Organized, methodological thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Resilient and patient when dealing with frustrated customers
  • Basic technical knowledge (CRM tools, PC usage, troubleshooting steps)
  • Self-sufficient and confident in solving basic technical issues
  • Preferred : previous experience in technical support or road assistance procedures

Note : working remotely is for candidate who are already residing in Greece. In case you are relocating to Greece, a relocation package will be provided + your project will be on-site in Athens .
