Your Responsibilities

• Administrative management of new hires of employees and interns in Italy and abroad
• Collaboration with the external consultant for the management and monitoring of payroll processes
• Main contact person for employees’ and managers’ questions
• Drafting and implementation of personnel policies
• Attendance monitoring and management of various periodic HR deadlines
• Optimization of internal administrative processes and collaboration with external partners

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in economics or law sciences or high school diploma
• Several years of professional experience in personnel administration or in a payroll office
• Knowledge and experience of labour law
• Structured working method with a high level of discretion
• Good knowledge of German, Italian and English
