Job Description

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (J&J IM) is recruiting a Product Analyst – Local Analytics Hub. This position is based in Madrid, Lisbon, or Milan. The role partners with regional commercial teams to deliver data and analytics solutions that solve local business needs across EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Understand user needs and translate requirements into detailed squad backlog items.
  • Build use cases, manage user stories, visualize process flows, and clarify functional implementation.
  • Drive user experience improvements and stay 2–3 sprints ahead of the squad.
  • Communicate vision to developers and testers, and assist with UAT scripting and testing.
  • Document business processes and apply process improvement methods.
  • Track metrics, build reports, and manage dependencies with other squads and TPM.
  • Apply compliance requirements and maintain SDLC documentation.
  • Specialize in specific applications and maintain deep product/BPM expertise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years designing, delivering, and supporting digital analytics solutions.
  • Experience with QlikSense, Microsoft PowerBI, and Snowflake – required.
  • Experience with Agile delivery tools (JIRA) – plus.
  • Experience with Advanced Analytics tools (Dataiku) and languages (Python, SQL) – plus.
  • Curiosity in advanced data & analytics technologies – plus.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry – plus.
  • Familiar with EU data privacy and security regulations.
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills – required.
