Reporting to Head of Autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes, this role is strategically positioned to realize the ambition for T1D and contribute to the overall future success of Sanofi.

Position Overview

The Junior Product Manager at Sanofi Italy will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of the Tzield pre-launch plan in alignment with Sanofi's guidelines.

Reporting to the Head of Autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes, they will work closely with the marketing team leveraging cross functional team synergy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the execution of the marketing tactical plan of aT1D and Tzield: disease and brand management and communication, customer experience, marketing projects, digital activities & materials, supporting marketing team.
  • Creation of promotional materials by participating in the design of the graphic layout according to the promotional message, maintaining relations with the purchasing department and suppliers, verifying compliance with current regulations, ensuring distribution throughout the territory.
  • Support the implementation of national and sub national projects working closely with Brand Lead, Launch Lead, Innovation Solution Lead, Population Health Strategy Team Medical Team and in close collaboration with other functions.
  • Lead the journey mapping activities, segmentation and building-out local personas to enhance execution.
  • Embrace the change management: transform the operating model and GTM by enhancing the use of new digital tools such as 1CRM, Turing Program, CLM and Content Localization Hub.
  • Develop aT1D multi-channels brand strategy and campaigns & content in line with strategy.
  • Partner with Commercial Excellence (priorities, deliverables, measurement, development, etc.).
  • Understand processes related to analytics solutions implementation (testing, approvals etc.) and be capable of identifying required people to get things done.
  • Be the Focal Point with the Glocal Team for specific projects.
  • Develop trackability and implementation of KPIs for campaign and marketing activities; drive continuous improvement.
  • Be an Ambassador of Agile Culture in the Team.
  • Plan and implement events, sponsorships and conference activities: manage contacts with providers and liaise with the PM to define economic support following internal authorisation procedures (feasibility request, purchase request, AIFA, contract preparation, guest management, balance sheet).
  • Manage and periodically monitor marketing programmes by verifying the accuracy of budgets and final accounts - FCST / ACTUAL.
  • Handle the management of critical issues to ensure the accuracy of planned activities (economic and scheduling terms), providing administrative support to all BU staff by facilitating the dissemination of company and regulatory procedures.
  • Supervise the organization of meetings, taking care of the logistical aspects in detail.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Marketing, Strategy and Sales in junior roles
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Life science degree is a plus)
  • Demonstrated product / project management skills, with excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret relevant market data in order to develop effective product strategies and prepare product business plans
  • Strong experience of project management and working in cross-functional environment
