What the position is about | Role & Agenda

As Area Manager, you will strengthen leadership in the Liguria area by growing and consolidating commercial performance across branches. You will act as an entrepreneurial and inspirational leader, developing people and driving area business results while ensuring the execution of company projects and strategy through a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue and sales management: conduct strategic analysis and forecasting, set area budget and sales targets; define area, shop and individual action plans; implement through store visits, share goals and monitor KPIs to ensure sales growth and performance development.
  • People management: develop shop personnel, provide coaching and timely feedback, foster team spirit, and collaborate with the Regional Director and HR in recruiting and selection of shop professionals.
  • Resources and workforce planning: ensure optimal area coverage in terms of resources and staffing; pursue further growth opportunities and network development.
  • Medical Area Management: develop and sustain a network of ENTs and General Practitioners through regular visits and industry event participation where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor / Master’s Degree
  • Previous experience in Area Manager roles (2-3 years) or background in Field Operations Management
  • Experience in fast-moving, dynamic industries and companies – Retail is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Available for national mobility (international mobility is a plus)
