Partner with the best

As Proposals Planner you will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. Positions requiring thorough understanding, application and mastery of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.

Responsibilities

  • As Proposals Planner you will be responsible for: Ensuring project implementation as well as work packages and constraints are accurately integrated into project planning scenario. Responsible for monitoring progress and producing accurate projections. Ensures other functions have access to accurate current reports and projections and relevant reports are available for the customer.

  • Analyzing the firm delivery for incoming orders, checking all the conditions are satisfied. Responsible to identify the critical path/critical activities that can jeopardize the schedule during the execution phase, closely working with internal functions to identify a mitigation plan.

  • Providing the ITO team the preliminary schedule to be shared with customers.

  • Advising functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field.

  • Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.

  • Contributing to project as a team member or leading small projects.

To be successful in this role you will have :

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with proven years of experience in Project Management).

  • Have additional years of experience in Project Planning.

  • Have strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams.

  • Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.

  • Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.

  • Have effective problem identification and solution skills.

  • Have proven analytical and organizational ability.
