A REGULAR DAY AT WORK

To strengthen our organization we are looking for Project Leader who will contribute to scout and develop new Strategic Initiatives and opportunities to expand Electrolux Professional’s business in the professional food equipment industry.

Working in a dedicated R&D, you will Focus on the development of new strategic Initiatives as : Chains initiatives, New Open Innovation, Architecture Products, innovative modules, etc.

• MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Clear understanding on Chains / K-accounts and Food Professionals needs
• Keep good technical relationship with customers assigned
• Prompt feed back to the customer through feasibility analysis (specification, time, cost, etc )
• Strong support for the definition of the technical specification
• Being part of the various R&D teams during the process of product development
• Ensure to keep informed the appropriate people with new or updated documentation
• Proactive approach for maintaining excellent Quality and reliability of Product
• Flexible and creative mind for developing dedicated special solution
• Strong Teamwork approach and organizing skills
• Proven capability to interact with all functions in a global organization from shop floor to management
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and execute business improvement projects in a large-scale global matrix organization
• Proactive with a go-getter mentality focusing on results and sustainable business performance, ready to share her / his knowledge with colleagues and peers
• Able to work in autonomy focused on targets, taking responsibility able to drive project results
• Strong communications skills and ability to explain and report in a transparent way
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability
• Strong attitude in creating positive team-working and able to lead by influencing
• Ability to work independently as well as team player in a diverse, intercultural environment to resolve problems quickly, and share information and experience with others

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields
• At least 5 years R&D / product development
• Strong mind set on product innovation
• Strong knowledge on Professional Products Food (and sub-components).
• Very good experience and attitude on Project Management
• Experience using 3D modelling software preferable CATIA V5
• Familiarity with developing tools as FMEA, QFD, DFM, etc.
• Good familiarity with stainless Steel metal parts, plastic technology as : injection moulding, extrusion, thermoforming components.
• fluent English; Italian will be considered a plus.
